REPORT ON THE CONDITION AND SERVICES OF THE HOSTEL(F3)

            Residential school is a school that provides students a place to stay so that the students who live far from the school will not have any problem to attend school. Resiential school usually a school that accept intelligent and excellent students chosen from all over the country. Also, residential school usually provides the students with some facilities that can be used by the students so that they do not face difficulties living alone without parents and make them feel at home. Having conducive facilities and good services are important to help the students to adapt to the new learning environment. Unfortunately, I have found that our school does not have the criteria of a good residential school. In this report, I on behalf of the students of MARA Junior Science College Kota Putra would like to notify our dissatisfaction and complaint about the condition and services of the hostel where we are staying in.

            First of all, the level of cleanliness (C1) of this hostel is very low especially its toilets (C2). _____________________________________________________________________________.

Beside that, another problem that causing discomfort to us is the overflowing rubbish at the hostel (C3)__________________________________________________________________________.

                        Next, the facilities provided are not satisfying (C4). There are few fans in a room (C5)._______________________________________________________________________.

Other than that, the lockers provided are insufficient (C6)._______________________________

            The service of the hostel’s canteen is also not satisfying (C7). The menu prepared is lack of variety (C8)._________________________________________________________________________.  Beside that, the amount of the food is also limited (C9)._______________________________________.

            Lastly, we would like to draw your attention to the condition of the school’s library (C10). ____________________________________________________.  There are very few reference books available in it (C11).__________________________________________________Also, the condition of the library is dim and dull due to poor lighting (C12)__________________________________.

            In conclusion, we hope that the school administration would take immediate action to address the reported problems.________________________________________________________________.
